Backups

As you may already know we have taken a number of steps to protect our users data.

Our hard drives are all Raid protected which means they are mirror'd on additional hard drives.

We also run full drive backups at least once a day to an off-site server.

Even though we've taken extensive steps at protecting our users data, there are no guarantees we highly recommend all users keep their own backups. You can do so using the Backup tool in cPanel. The Backup tool and Backup Wizard create full account backups, including email accounts, filters, websites and databases.
