If you are attempting to use SSL for any of our services (email, cpanel) you will likely need to know your server hostname to avoid certificate errors. Your server hostname will be specific to the server you are on.
You can forgo using our proper certificate hostname, and the connection will still be 100% secure, the certificate errors are only warnings that are meaningless if you trust the company you are connecting to.
There are two main places you can find your server hostname.
1. In your hosting account welcome email, under general information.
2. In your cPanel in Email Accounts under configure mail client (pictured below). We have blured out the actual hostname so our clients don't accidentally use the wrong hostname.
