Before adding an add-on domain you will need to confirm a few things.
1. The domain you are adding is set to use our name servers. ns1.bamboocrickethosting.com and ns2.bamboocrickethosting.com. If you've purchased the domain through us, these are automatically setup. Allow 24-48 hours for propagation after making the change.
2. You have add-on domains available. You can do this by looking on the left side of your control panel (cPanel).
3. Once you have confirmed the above, you are ready to add your domain. Click on add-on domains in your control panel (cPanel).
4. Enter the domain you want to add, the directory you would like it to work out of (filled in automatically but can be customized). You will also need to add a username and password so that a FTP account can be generated. Click Add Domain.
5. You are done. Within 5 minutes the domain will have propagated through our DNS system. An ftp account is automatically created with the information entered in step 4, however your main ftp information has access to the directory specified.
