Not recieving email

If you're not recieving email there's likely no single answer we can give, you will need to troubleshoot your issue. If you have gone through these solutions and are still having issues, please submit a trouble ticket.

1. Disk Space Usage

Do you have disk space available? if your quota is full, you will not recieve email. Check your usage on the left hand side of cPanel

2. Are you receiving an error in your mail client?

If you are, look up the error in google along with the client name. For example: "Error 0x000FFF00 outlook express"

3. Is your website accessible?

Try and access your website in your browser. If you cannot access the website, there may be an issue with the domain, the account may be suspended (billing issues), etc. You will usually want to contact us if this is the issue.
