Add address or domain to whitelist

First of all, remember that anyone you've sent an email address to using our server is automatically whitelisted. You may also manually add individual email addresses or full domain names. All of our user level spam functions are done through email.

Please keep in mind that in order to do any of our user level spam functions you need to be using our server for your SMTP server. If you are using your ISP's SMTP server it will not work. We highly recommend using our SMTP server.

To add a individual email to the whitelist, open up a new email and address it to assp-white@yourdomain.com where yourdomain.com is your domain. In the body of the email simply include the email address you wish to whitelist.

To add a full domain to the whitelist, open up a new email and address it to assp-white@yourdomain.com where yourdomain.com is your domain. In the body of the email put _ALL_@domain.com, where domain.com is their domain.
